Hi to everyone out there, newbie here trying to get some opinions about Air Asia after hearing so many good and bad things from friends all over about Air Asia, so any comments ? i.e contract, working conditions, pay, maintainance, etc ... thanks for the inputs :)

contract ? i taught all contract are pretty standard ? mine to elaborate ? can someone confirm that Air Asia is recrutting and how is the pilot community there ?

A friend of mine who flies for them says they are. However, I have no way of confirming this :confused:

Maybe you can ask your friend in there to get more info regarding the contract, pay, working conditions and etc .... hehehehe insider news but the news going around ain't that positive.
