one of the china-easten airlines pilot was asked for 12,000,000RMB for quit,that is 1,500,000US and equals 1000 months total income before tax of that pilot.
the pilot is as same as the slave of the company.

They choose people in highschool and train them all the way.Than they get a job and have to work for that airline forewer.Until recently didn't have cases of people wanting to leave since is respected and well paid job in China(Captains 777 less than 30 years of age).Now people want to leave since thay can make more money abroad.I know cases setlling for much much less than that.
