Whats going on Shenzenn Airlines? Any ExPat blokes working there?

Some. All Brazilians, all Captains. They had some FO's before, also Brazilian, but there were some problems in communication between the local Captains and the foreign Fo's. Now they only have expatriate Captains, who usually fly with younger local FO's which are more fluent in English than the older local Captains.
