Anyone got any links or info on key event interviews (i.e tell me about a time when you had to...)

Hiya,

Had one recently

Questions were:

Tell us a time about a situation of conflict

As above... When you were organised

When you were a good leader

When you were responsible

How do you deal with stress

All these sort of questions are the type that you'll prob get. Think about times in your life when they apply. Don't have to be flying related.
