All those of you that know "low voltage light Kelly" would probably be glad to know that he has just landed a jet job, flying heavy metal out of Southern Europe! Our best wishes are with you Sir....:E

Congratulations Low Voltage. Well deserved. I flew with Low Voltage Light Kelly years ago and found him one of the best instructors I have ever flown with. Am especially happy that your deviant sexual practices were not brought up in the interview !

Well done Low Voltage Light. After all those years of hard work and electrical problems it is well deserved. How about you leave Low Voltages history in the past and stop digging up dirt about him Rhumb Line. He served his time !

He certainly did serve his time, in fact some would say he's portrayed as a Phoenix having risen from the ashes!!!
Just heard that he's off to do a TR on the A320, with near future prospects on the A380.....this is fantastic for him and just goes to show that old fashioned values and not paying for your own type rating are still the way forward...
Other than landing with the gear up at Malaga (had pulled the circuit breaker as the noise irritated him) and landing on the wrong runway at Goodwood, he has always been an extremely competent pilot to my knowledge!!!
This certainly indicates that the market is on the up, and gives us low houred wannabes hope in this otherwise seemingly neverending struggle...
PS: I assume there was no blood test?:E

Damn this amazes me....the bugger never did a hard days work in his life! Gets a job like this, no one can be telling me that he's competent at all, had 4 stabs at passing his IR to my knowledge. Good on him I say, down on this side of the pond we'd call him a rukka....
Mind ya he made my time in the UK worthwhile, clubbing, pubbing and chasing skirt are the name of the game for Kelly! I hope those habits are a thing of the past, otherwise there's gonna be a lot of upset cabin crew rolling around!!!
Kelly if ya get to see this, all the best to ya mate! Keep it real and sober and I'm sure what little ability you have will carry ya through...lol

Cheers guys
Modular rules!!! the other guy in the running was intergrated.
Goose to help that pickled memory of yours. I passed on my 5th attempted having decided that europe was a better chance for me to nail that IR. Best way forward in IMHO.
If anyone wants to know more on how i managed it, PM me, Laydeez first please! :D
Sorry for taking my time to responed, just got back from Magaluf (like Ronseal " does exactly what in say on the tin"). That place is too easy, don the biggles outfit and the girls set flaps for landing.
For any like minded pilots i cannot recommend Magaluf enough!
We should catch up before i go on the TR, tell you more about Magaluf...
