Singapore Airlines will decide before end of the year on an order for ultra-long-range aircraft. Boeing 777-200LR will go against Airbus A340-500 this time.
The carrier issued the RFP as its considering expanding its ultra-long-haul operations with more non-stop services to Los Angeles and New York and new non-stop flights to other US cities.
