Indoensia - KIMS KITS

Hotels in Bali are quoting rates for KIMS/KITS/ Indonesian residents. Can anyone tell me if ALL members of a party of 4 must be holders of these residence cards or only the person making the reservation?

Looking at the Bali Dynasty, primarily as it has an Irish Bar. Has anyone got any better suggestions?

as far as I know only the person making reservation must have KIMS / KITAS. with those id, you can rent anything in Bali with cheaper rates. don't forget to bargain if you want shop, at least ask for 50% off, especially if you want to buy something for the market or street vendor.
