A friend of mine is applying to Virgin to be an A+C Technian (un-licensed), the application asks for 'your expected salary', anybody know what he should put? Also can anyone give any tips for the interview in case he gets that far. Thanks

POP, know that engineers are given 'profile' test to see if you are insane or not and also a building exercise, emphasis on team player, expected salary for non-certifying technician, would guess around £20000, seems to be the average around EGCC.
