I note there are no engineers comments for 5 days....is this a sign of the times? The latest Chirp bemoans the lack of engineer input and no doubt the CAA are not getting any as well. Reason. Were all peed off to the back teeth with the idiots in charge. The JAR 66 cock up that makes me want to hold on to my Section L to the end...I would lose so much by converting. The CAA attitude to engineers treating us like school boys...no wonder we all shut up and moan in to our beer. At least those with a job and can afford a beer can do that. What about the rest of us?

I think most have gone over to Airmech.
I tend to look at both but increasingly, the only way to get a response on PPRUNES is to post on R & N.
This is not a bad thing as at least you get a diverse opinion!!!!

Problem is we are getting to used to being told to shut up and get on with it- and then do!. .Airmech is running at about 1600 members, I joined recently because of the lack of discusion here, although I belive that Pprune has a lot to offer us, as all aviation personnel are represented and comment. As for the JAR66, I am doing the same( and keep thinking that I will lose out by doing so)
