Does anybody know if carbon brakes like the ones the Airbus 320 uses tend to bind more
or less compared to the regular ones after
an aborted take of which would require the parking brake to be left on ?
I have seen a few cases where crews set the parking brakes after a rejected T/O just to
find out after releasing them that they are
like "welded together" as is easy to imagine
and wonder if carbon brakes would be more or
less prone for this to happen.
