SIA productivity

Heard there are few tiers in produtivity in SIA,like up to certain amount of hours rate 1 then rate 2..... could anyone enlightern in this?

flightleader ..
if u r referring to the flight allowance, most airlines have different allowance slabs ..
first 70-75 hours month => x dollars/hour
every hour above this => y dollars/hour
where y > x

Is SIA flight allowances same as SingCargo?

from whatever little knowledge i have on this subject, i think the flight allowance is the same ... what differs is the annual bonus and discounted travel
