I think there's something about the URLs in Brunel's website that don't want to be linked to.

However...

I've little knowledge of Brunel directly, but their graduates seem pretty well educated, it has an excellent academic reputation as one of the best engineering universities in the UK, and looking at the syllabus it is a fairly standard aerospace engineering degree course with (as is becoming fashionable) PPL studies added in. I'm sure it's intended to produce Engineers with a good understanding of flying, not professional pilots - but is likely to do a good job of that.

In a nutshell, if you are looking for a good degree in aerospace Engineering, I think that you could do far worse.

Srilankan-A340,

I studied engineering at Brunel and even when I remove any rose tinted spectacles I might have for the place, it served me very well with a good reputation for high academic achievement in Engineering subjects. Although this particular course didn't exist when I was there, it looks typical of Brunel's innovative and practical approach to combine aerospace eng with a ppl.

Good luck.
