How bad is your boss?
Where I work I have a nice supportive boss but I get the impression this isnt the norm.
Whats the worst thing your boss has tried to get you to do?
We have seen surveys on pay what about a survey on bosses, after all they can make life at work range from enjoyable to a total nightmare.

You must be lucky to have a good manager where you work. I was told a typical manger in your place was a pen off merchant yesman with a taste for collecting dirty knickers. I haven’t yet heard of any fascist dictators do you have someone in mind?
