Could anyone confirm whether PVD systems give rwy centreline guidance during landing rollout as well as during t/o roll.

Yes they do.
(e.g. L1011 and B777)

They are a backup cue on low vis takeoffs and rollout monitoring on a autoland app.

777 uses PVD for take-off guidance and for landing with auto-pilot off only that's good gen from MM
