Genghis the Engineer

I didn't run away fast enough, so am in the middle of trying to help put together a Royal Aeronautical Society conference late this year on the subject of "changes in light aviation - problems and opportunities".
One thing we'd like to cover is the problems for a company of how they deal with light aircraft maintenance, operation and support in the post-EASA environment. This might be from either an engineering perspective, or a management / financial perspective (it is after all quite interesting to find out if anybody can actually make a profit in this industry any more?)
But, this isn't really my field, and I'm not sure who is the best person (either in the UK, or who doesn't mind coming over here at their own expense in late November) to ask.
Anybody got any suggestions? If you'd rather not post on here, my Email is [email protected]
