Captain position with Korean air or Asiana

Does anyone have any hiring information with Korean airlines or Asiana Airlines for a Captain position? I know both carriers have foreign pilots working for them. What are the requirements for B737,B777 or B747 Captain slot and how do you apply for the job. Do you have to go through an agency to apply? Any other info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Flt International jobs website or PARC website for Asiana jobs. The deal is c*** though, unless I guess you really really need a job. Korean still haven't advertised, but I think many are waiting for it to happen.

Do you have any more info such as the work rules, working conditions, pay and how long the contract is for most Captains?
Any info would help even if you heard it from another person.
