Anyone can fill me in on this one. Do they have S/O's like CX, in the form of CRP's?

SQ do run a cadet scheme though I think it is mainly for locals, not sure about this so you would need to contact SQ.
They had a bad experience with expat cadets who having got their licence and a Heavy Jet rating then did a 'runner'!
