Just read very long thread about OT with the last post being in Dec/04. Pretty ghastly stuff by the consensus.

Has anything changed for the better in recent months ? Pilot turnover, MTC quality, anything that would affect a person's decision to avoid/seek out this airline ?

Hate to whip a dead horse here, but things could be turned around in pretty short order with a committment/attitude change from management.

The horse died a long time ago! The only thing that has changed is that many more are coming and going. Some stay a month and some two. Aircraft are not well looked after and the whole thing is a shambles. I would stay well away.
