FAA Instrument & Instructor Instrument ratings

Can anyone out there offer some pearls of wisdom. I have just taken the Instrument ground test and I was wondering if it would make sense to also do the Instructor Instrument ground test as well based upon the same work I did for the Instrument. I think the material is the same, but before I botch it up just wanted to see if anyone had some insights. (FYI- I am planning to get the CFII)

yes they are exactly the same the Instrument Rating, Instrument Ground Instructor and Instrument Flight Instructor. Take all 3

The Frustrating thing is that you have to take it twice.
I did it three times.
once for my IFP, once for my IR and once for CFII.
