Looking at the agency websites, A320 pilots seem to be in great demand around Asia and the ME. Problem is, they want XXX hours in type to be considered for employment.

Check all the agency websites, maybe you'll run across one that'll take you without time in type if you have lots of other experience.

If you need to build hrs but not too bothered about pay, your best bet is Air Asia. They are buying 40 A320s & 40more on option. Good luck buddy!

i have 1200 h tt but i have on experience on commercial plane just a type rating a320

that s why is not really easy..

Try Qatar Airways, they are looking for drivers with nil hrs on type. U might work your tail off, but hey, u need the hrs bad!
