Ladies and Gentlemen,

As management no doubtly read these threads, what would be one thing they can do to make you smile tomorrow? Beside the rostering and money thing. Hope it gets enough suggestions that the company will start utilizing to freshen the spirits of the Flight Crew. I am sure Richard Branson would do the same, if he ever had this problem!

'Besides the roster and money thing !!!!!' - that's like saying 'No really besides the wings and engine things, what's the best way of fixing this aircraft so that it can fly'.
They can do nothing - this has been deliberately orchestrated by the bloody bean counters and they've gone too far. Way too far.
