Travel Insurance help

Hi. Does anyone know of a good yet cheap place to get travel insurance for those of us living in the United Arab Emirates?

The cheapest I can find for a 1 year policy is 1200 dirhams! ( from HSBC )

I did check the big insurance companies using google but it does not cover applications from travellers living in the middle east!

Can anyone help?
