This one is regarding NetJets USA. Has anyone applied recently and if so, is it normal to get some kind of acknowledgement?

Thank you

Interviews are held approximately once a month,as more than 100 pilots are going to be hired until the end of 2005.
PM me for any information about NJE.
Cheers!

On NJA side interviews are every week.

Interviews are on thursday and a class offer is usually done at the end of the day with a monday class start.

They can't get enough pilots in the door right now. People are even getting hired without applying just using a resume.

NJA:

people are walking away from the classes when they find out the pay structure, the work rules and the deteriorating relationship between pilots and management: somehow during the interview they fail to mention what is really happening and they lie about pay by inflating the dismal base salary with phooney overtime and bypass pay (long gone in the new reality of NJA).
Whoever is thinking of NJA had better know he will be stepping into a mine field: but desperation has made pilots brave before...
Good luck

Thank you every one for your responses. Snowpilot and Velodoio, do either of you work for NJA? I ask because I have applied 4 or 5 times now, but have heard nothing back. I have plenty of hours, so am not deficient on that point.

Yeah i work there. I can't believe they haven't called you. You might want to call the 800 number and ask what's going on.

People are getting hired without even filling out an app.

Be sure your ready to go because they have been interviewing on a friday for class on a monday.

Hope this helps.

Snowpilot - thanks for that. I'm more than ready!

Whats the 800 number? The one number I did get hold of just left me going round in circles, you know the kind of thing - press 1 for ***. press 2 for ****, etc, etc. How restricted are you by location? I'm 1.5 hrs from MKE...

I'll send it to you in a pm.

Here's some NJE statistics I read the other day.....

57 aircraft, 41 crewed any one day worldwide. Plus 32 aircraft on
order.

10 different aircraft types

They currently employ 350 pilots, 5 per aircraft. recruiting extra 180 pilots this year. On average 2/3 pilots accepted per 10 candidates.

In 2004 they flew 46,000 hours, 2005 expected 71,000 hours (32,000 flights)

Well...I was impressed...!!!http://instagiber.net/smiliesdotcom/contrib/blackeye/SHOCKED.gif

It would be even more impressive if they flew half of the ghost flight plans they filed to try and beat slots in Europe ;)
