Charter in Lyon

Hi Folks

Can anyone recommend a good charter company in Lyon, either at St Exupery or at Bron.

My friend goes to Stuttgart and Frankfurt a lot every month and pays about 1800 per trip for two people.

Am I being naieve, or is the charter option cheaper for him??
