Qatar's BD700 Global Express....

Does anyone know who provides Engineering and Maintenance support for Qatar Airways new BD700 Global Express aircraft? Is it the Airline proper, or a 3rd party?

I believe it is Execujet in Dubai, they are the local agent/service centre for Bombadier products.
