Etihad will introduce 777 into their fleet shortly, it looks like mass exodus(EK) is on the horizon!
THEY ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS NOW!!!!!!

Why does Etihab have no homepage? Is this some sort of virtual airline :p ? If they do not have an internet site, what should I think of that company? Anyway, is there someone with experience with application or is already planning to go there?
I am interested but do not know anything about them. Why should UAE allow to grow up a new competitor?

Don't know about a B777 however there is a very nice looking A340 in full Etihad colours parked at GAMCO at the moment.

In answer to your question yes I think so, when it arrived it was in a sort of half Air Algeria and Khalifa colour scheme.
It was mentioned in "Flight" that they are leasing one from Boeing so I guess it is ex SIA.

Etihad got it ferried down from SXF without much work done in Germany. I wonder when itīll go into service...

Etihad A 340 is from Air Khalifa-Confirmed!
Configuration of the air craft is FC-10 , BC 30 ,EY 225.
08 beds for crew rest as well.
