Greetings All,
Does anyone out there have any experience with CAE in Dubai (or in elsewhere) with regard to quality of training on bizjets compared to Flight Safety and Simuflite?
Thanks in advance,
LP

727 exec - Oops! A school boy mistake.
Have you heard any comments specifically about the quality of training in Dubai? It seems fairly new and was set up (at least partially) because of the long delays in training on jets in the USA. However, sometimes sister companies/branches are set up without the quality of the original/main company.
Thanks LP

727 exec,
Technically CAE is not a Simuflite. They do own Simuflite in Dallas but operation in Dubai is CAE and has nothing to do directly with Simuflite. As fas as I know....

You're actually all correct. I just got back from CAE owned Simuflite in Dallas Fort Worth today.
Are they better than Flight Safety? No, they are as good, but not any better.
The same issues are at both facilities, including late night scheduling, malfunctioning equipment and the odd instructor that's got little or no experience on type.
They both try very hard and the net result is the same; a good quality candidate. It's only as good as you want it to be.
