Following in Lufthansa's footsteps. The -200's are getting old and the -11's are ripe for conversion. Looks like the 747-200 is on the way out just about everywhere.

Looks like UPS will go the same way soon.
Their latest sustainability report talks of replacing the "classic" 74's in next 2 years due to noise/fuel burn and emmission concerns.

Dragonair are in line for some new 400Fs very soon and may ditch the 300s as soon as they can get buyers as the realiability continues in the wrong direction.
