Hows the European corporate pilot market?

I'm interested in corporate flying. Looking both at US and European markets...probably won't make in the the US since I'm not a American but from Italy.

I heard the corporate market in Europe is much much smaller than in the US...

still...any of you guys fly for Lears, Citations, Falcons, Gulfstreams in Europe?

I would appreciate learning about the experiences of current corporate jet pilots in Europe...or europeans corp jet pilots in the US...

how they got there...hows the pay...etc...
