Any Piaggio Avantis on the UK register - can't find any on the CAA website?

Where would one acquire a type rating and and at what cost?

I think , you have to try in Genoa in Italia at the Rinaldo Piaggio
manufacture.

There are 2 Avanti's in the UK but 1 is on the Bermuda reg and the other on an Italian.

There is an operator in Coventry that will be taking delivery of a 2nd Avanti in March that will be on the UK reg. At the moment they operate one on the Italian reg. The aircraft is very busy at the moment and hopefully we will all see a lot more of these fantastic aircraft in the Uk.
