Can someone give me a "rule of thumb" regarding what percentage of your daily contract rate you charge for travel days. Consider that there are absolutely no out of pocket expenses to tack on.

I (and nearly everyone else I know) charge 100%. It is a day that I am not available to work for anyone else, and it's not my problem that they want me to start or finish somewhere other than where I'm located.
