The Qatar Aeronautical College is recruiting FI(s).
What is the current situation? Are they very busy or their activity is limited to few cadets for Qatar Airways?
Any Information welcome

Lol ...
QAC has a very bright future , they have cadets from a few African and Asian countries that have been sponspred by their goverments. also the Qatari students and all sorts of different activities taking place there.
If you visit the college the employees might not have enough time to talk with you because of the busy schedule!
thanks

Try www.qac.edu.qa
They were advertising for Instructors a while back asking for 2000 hours total times, and 1000 Instructing, but always worth making contact and sending a cv !

Im a student at QAC and the college is really short of flight instructors coz the college has alot of students(qatar airways and gulf air) and the college is finding it difficult 2 cope with it. As far as i know...the instructors are given good accomodation(villas) and just recently they got a fair payrise.....Dnt hesitate to put in ur CV...they are very desperate. Ill get the phone number of the Head of training by tmrw morning and let u know.
Cheers for now

Would not recommend QAC, bunch of boring ground instructors who claim to be aviators. Better option if low on hours is to apply as SO with Qatar Airways.

Dear BABA, I cannot help laughing about your inane comment. If you don't count 5000hrs of FGA (Fighter Ground Attack to you) as "aviation experience" let's hear your real flying CV. And I'm one of the least experienced instructors at QAC! You clearly are a graduate of QAC or did you fail? I suspect most of your real aviation experience has come from reading books while the computer flies your aeroplane!

A little bit touchy now that you have been shown to be talking out of your @rse eh! := I don't think that bunch of boring ground instructors who claim to be aviators is what most people would describe as "critique". More like unjustified lible....
BTW you know a little about RCSPEAKS now.... how about a little about your authority to comment. Experience?

Baba, You made an ill-considered and ill-informed comment, not a constructive informed criticism. Don't grizzle when we fight back as it shows your childishness. Let's end this charade! I am Dick Turner, CGI at QAC, and I have the 5000hrs FGA experience referred to. Now, you name yourself, state your experience and let us all know why you think we have none. Maybe we can discuss it over a beer ( if you're old enough to be allowed in a bar).
