The Flight Examiner list is as useful as the proverbial chocolate fireguard. It has no geographical indications and is listed in CAA reference number order.
The best advice is to go to your local flying club and ask for their help.
At least the list of authorised examiners for the ROCC is listed by county and includes a phone number, but then it's published by a different department in the CAA.
