SERA with FRA summary in EN (923/2012 + Latest amendments)
Hallo
I am planning to fly in France and this site was recommended to me by my CFI http://www.clefi.fr/ressource/2012-0...-12-16-TDM.pdf
which has a summary of SERA and FRA from late 2016
I am looking for a similar summary SERA publication which includes the latest amendments in EN.
I found the 923/2012 on EUR-LEX & (EU) 2016/1185
I can’t seem to find the FRA (Blue in PDF text) amendments in EN. For example, FRA 7010 through FRA 7035 in the ATC section.

Any rule denoted by FRA is a French national supplement. An official edition of the French consolidated rules may be found at the bottom of this page from the Ministère de la Transition écologique et solidaire.
