IRI ME-SIM
Hello!
Do any of you instructor colleagues know of an ATO that offers the IRI-course in an ME-sim (AoC in aircraft of course as per requirements)? I am ME CRI that is why I would like to do it on an ME to later give IR instruction in ME.
Preferably DA42 sim.

As far as I am aware the ME CRI has to be taught in the aircraft. I have never see it offered as a sim course. We have a fully approved FNPT 2 but don't use it for the CRI.

Thank you both for the reply.
I was not clear I believe: I am already CRI ME (Also FI, so I guess FI(A) SE/ME is the corrct term).
Now I also want to instruct towards the IR. Therefore I need the IRI-course. As far as I understand I need to do the IRI in ME to instruct IR in ME. Or would it be sufficiant to do the whole thing on SE? And still be able to instruct towards an IR in a ME, as I already are FI SE/ME?

The IRI Course can be conducted in ME or SE. Most people do it in SE. As you have completed the CRI ME Course then you can complete the IRI Course on SE and the instructional privileges will be valid for both SE, and ME so long as you are current on ME.
