EASA Examiner OPC training and check

Ladies and Gents, can an EASA examiner give an EASA pilot flight training instruction and then a check for an OPC (operator proficiency check)? Thank you.

Yes, the prohibition on training and testing applies only to skill tests and assessments of competence (FCL.1005(a)). An examiner may conduct training and a proficiency check provided that he is satisfied that his objectivity is not affected. (FCL.1005(b))
