It's dependant on experience. Not a lot since they renegotiated the contracts but still better than trying to work self employed in Spain.
It's a single persons job though, not a place to have a family unless fluent Spanish speakers as they will rapidly become isolated.
You have to been totally immersed in FTE to make it work which is why they have such a massive churn rate.
I lose instructors to them all the time who don't last with FTE.
