SE Take-off minima for CAT

Can anyone confirm please - is the T/O minima for SE aircraft flying commercial ops still 1000' cloud ceiling and 1800 m RVR?

Searched both the AIP AD and EASA Part-CAT and can find no specific references to SE T/O minima, only ME.

Many thanks.

HW

There are some new rules coming out for SET but SEP has always been VFR, or SVFR only. I will double check.

(a) The operator shall not operate a single-engined aeroplane:
(1) at night; or
(2) in IMC except under special VFR.
I'd say special VFR minima apply unless somehow approved by authority for single-engine IMC, which for CAT is insane anyway.

Haven't had chance yet but I recall some NOA being discussed allowing SET aircraft to conduct CAT at night or in IMC, not sure what stage the NPa is at but will check soon.

SVFR it is at present and always will be for other SE aircraft.

In France IMC CAT is allowed in SET.http://www.developpement-durable.gou...C-ED1-REV1.pdf

TO Min: 1500 Vis/RVR, special authorisation may be granted as low as 500 RVR, but at least the landing RVR required.
