Pooleys Instructor Seminars
Has anyone attended a Flight Instructor Seminar run by Pooleys Flight School in Shoreham ? The dates suit my schedule but the seminar seems really expensive (£360) and I'd like to hear whether any PPruners can recommend them. Thanks.

Hi there!
I considered attending Pooley's back over one year ago, ended up going to AOPA's in High Wycombe. I have just dug up the invoice and the price WAS £ 290 inc. VAT.
Then u have to balance the saving against travel and logistics (if any) costs, of course! For me living up in Oxfordshire it meant a big saving.
Cheers

I attended one last year and found it to be excellent.
You get given a variety of lectures and talks from a wide range of speakers on various but relevant subjects.
You get the opportunity to do a wee bit of teamwork and discuss things in a helpful and open manner.
There's no talking down to each other, theres no standing up and presenting by yourself to a room full of instructors, its all really informal and in a small group of about 6 or 7.
I'd highly reccomend it.
