Part FCL

Is NPA 2008-17b the latest iteration of Part FCL? That is all I get when I look on the EASA site other than lots of EDs which may well hide the latest revision. I'm asking because I have just recieved my new EU Licence, and I'm trying to make sense of the instruction I'm allowed to do. I applied to add aeros ((g) in the NPA) but have been given (f) - towing in the NPA. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Current legislation does not reside on the EASA website but on EUR-Lex, which is the repository for all EU legislation. However, there is a link to Regulation 1178/2011 (of which Part-FCL is an Annex) on the 'Regulations Structure' page of the EASA website, under the 'Aircrew' button.

Many thanks BillieBob - they've got rid of (g) and (f) now covers both towing and aerobatics!
