Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

UK Instructor Examiners

I've been trying to navigate the CAA website to find the current list of instructor examiners but I'm obviously being more dense than usual because I can't find it. Can someone point me in the right direction, please? Thanks, in anticipation.

I don't think there is a definitive list of examiners. The best I could come up with is the list of schools who provide the instructor rating, perhaps you could ring round the ones near you to hunt someone decent down.

There is a list, but I can't remember where it is off by heart.

Try calling FCL and ask them to fax it to you, or you could try telephoning On-Track Aviation, they seem to know where to find anything and everything!

Cheers.
