The rumor I heard is all C-Series test will be in Mirabel, why ICT then? Or is my rumor monger off-base?

Let's just say they won't all fit in YMX plus CSeries isn't the only game in play. There are also G7000/8000 & Learjet 85 clean sheets plus all the sustaining & update programs.
