F35 hemispherical data fusion

Can anyone on this forum point me in the direction of more information about the Joint Strike Fighters data fusion avionics?
I read that a pilot can effectively `see' 360 degrees around the aircraft above and below i.e. look through the airframe in both visual wavelengths and IR - with symbology overlaid on the helmet display.
Assume much of the detail is classified, but interested to find out who manufactures this system - a Lockheed Martin business, or Honeywell etc?
