Staff Travel

Hi all

I'm doing some research for an Airline Economics course. I remember reading an article (or presentation) that had a title similar to "Staff Travel as a Revenue Source", but for the life of me I cannot find it. Basically it said that it used Staff travel tickets (stand-by tix) as extra revenue, and explained how it did that. I know the Singapore did this in the past, perhaps they still do.
Please, if any of you have information on the matter, I would be grateful for your help. The .pdf or article itself would be even better, but any info with sources would do.
Thank you in advance
N.
