Disruption Recovery Software

Could I please have some inputs/feedback from anyone who has used any of the Disruption Recovery software that's available. I know there are modules for crew recovery, aircraft recovery and pax recovery after disruptions/delays due to weather, technical, etc., but don't know anything about them or ''the good, the bad, and the ugly'' of the different systems. What do the large airlines use, and is one better than the others?

Many thanks.
