M.B.A. AVIATION IN E.A.C.

.
Hi friends.. first of all.. would like to thank someone here for helping me have a job in U.A.E. Really appreciate and owe you big time.

anyway, i've been working as flight operation/coordinator from small aviation company to a known global aviation charter services for almost 3 years but wasn't able to practice my flight dispatch license (Philippine license) as it is not required and was not able to convert it into GCAA flight dispatch.

my question is.. my FD license will be 2yr expire in november 2014. should i take recurrency? as i inquired, they can renew my license as long as it is not more than 2 years expired, but will not convert into GCAA as the company im currently working with is not an operator registered in U.A.E.

or should i take loan and pursue the M.B.A. aviation management in E.A.C?
my worries is that, if the emirates aviation will hire an M.B.A. expat. as I've heard, they only hire Local emiratis in flight dispatch dept. Will there be companies who will hire an expat M.B.A. in Dubai? Will this help me when i settle in AU or Canada??
