Working As A Trip Planner For Jeppesen?

I am looking to find out more about the work life/culture of a Trip Planner or International Trip Planner at Jeppesen.

Anyone work/worked in this field? Any online discussions of the job? I did search but came up dry. Thanks

Thanks, but I was looking for more of an "off the record" type of discussion. Thinks like how is the company/co-workers?
What is management like?
How is the shift work? How long would a new employee have to work the graveyard shift? How flexible is management with vacation and time off request?
What is the pay like? etc.

Do you have any info on those topics?
Thanks
