Southwest red or green???

Hello and Happy Nex Year !!!

I've heard about a "red or green" procedure in force at Southwest.
A big round panel is in front of the flight deck.
Red : ground ops are in progress
Green : ground handling completed, you can go if ready

Does anybody have info about that?
What ground ops are concerned by the green or red signal? baggage loading, fuelling, boarding ? etc.

TKS !!!!!!!
