Become a flight dispatcher at 20. How?

How can I become a flight dispatcher at 20?
I was looking for a FAA licence but the FAA states the minimum age to obtain the licence is 23.
Is there a minimum age requirement to become a flight dispatcher in Europe for a NAA licence?
Is it possible to convert it to an American licence in the future?

That's my alternative to the pilot career in the case I do not obtain my medical.

Thanks!

If you take the FAA dispatcher licence course and pass the exams they will issue you a certificate of competency. On reaching the age of 23 you can then exchange it and retrieve your licence.

Most places in Europe would be happy enough to see that you took and passed the course and understand that you will have the actual licence at some point in the near future.

I certainly wouldn't let your age stop you from doing it.

You must be at least 21 to sit the ADX and practical for the FAA though.

Apologies for my incomplete info... Thanks to JonnieWalker for clarifying that piece.

I guess you have another year to think about it then, you could start preparing in advance, it will certainly help you.

There is no UK specific certificate and/or license, therefore there is no age limit imposed by CAA.
