Overflight Permits Belarus

Hi all due to many movements of my companies biz jets to and from Russia which require routings via Belarus I'm looking for a cheaper way to get overflight permits for the Belarus FIR. The current provider we are using is charging high permit fees. I'm not looking for another flight service provider but some information regarding how to obtain permits directly from the Belarus CAA. Has anyone some experiences with them especially about the reaction time for inital requests or changes to the schedule apart froms the official AIP information?

Belarus CAA impose surcharges for short notice applications regardless of who obtains them. I can obtain the permission within 20 minutes, but the surcharge applied by CAA will be payable.

providers must have a contract signed between them and CAA for short notice applications. Standard applications should be made 3 days in advance. less than 3 days notice will incur the surcharges.

Try these and ask them about the condition for agreement :

Flight Coordination and Control Center (FOCC)

TEL: +375 17 222 51 21
FAX: +375 17 222 79 54
SITA: MSQFCHX
AFTN: UMMDYAYX

Basically if the person on the phone won't know English, go ahead and write them a SITA and/or AFTN

Brgds.

Those contacts are for standard requests, not short notice ones. An agreement needs to be signed in order to secure short notice permits.

Angel FCCC Belarus

You can sign an agreement directly with the FCCC Belarus, they will then grant the permits within 15 minutes. Our contact speaks fluent English, PM me for more details.
